Return Policy

The Chesterfield Tea Shop accepts returns for unused or unpeon items. Customers are eligible for a full refund or store credit for items that are defective or items damaged during shipping. To request a refund send an email to info@thechesterfieldteashop.com and include your order number and a description of the item. Returns are processed in the order received and will be processed within 7 business days.
